"Is my information kept confidential?"

YES - Your information is kept confidential. Your sample and information is tracked by a number assigned to you. The lab itself will only know you by the number assigned to you. In addition, your testing swab is disposed of within 45 days of testing.

 

"How do I know that this is a high quality genetic testing company?"

Great question! The company we work with to support the testing part of our process meets Clinical Laboratory Improvement Amendments (CLIA) and is College of American Pathologist Certified, holding up the high standard of practice for legitimate laboratories.

"What are the credentials of the person who will be completing my consult?"

Our Senior Consultant who does most of our consultations right now is ISSA Certified in DNA Based Fitness & Nutrition Design. She also has eight years experience in Nutrition and Weight Loss - having owned her own company for nearly six years and worked with physicians for a couple years as well. Her comprised experience in Anti-aging is ten years.

"Will my insurance pay for my test and consultation?"

Unfortunately, these tests are not included in insurances. These tests are not considered diagnostic which is what is often seen with your physician amongst other types of test that are covered. 

"How long does it take to get my test results after I have sent them off?"

Usually 2 - 3 weeks

"If I am already doing a program and having some success is there a conflict?"

Congratulations! If you are achieving success in your goals by other means that is awesome! We cheer you on. Our process will only enhance efforts. Or even if you are doing something unknowingly, that is not supporting you according to your genetic markers - this too can be revealed. Also, even if most programs are sustainable the body is always changing. Here's where DNA testing is incredibly helpful. The factors we measure aren't meant to change even as your body does. Some of our markers can actually tell you about the changes that you can anticipate with age specific to you.

"What methods of payment do you take?"
