Well Fusion Lifestyles

Lover of All Things Wellness

Nutrition is one of my favorite pieces to the puzzle in creating a Wellness Lifestyle! After losing nearly sixty pounds in my twenties I fell in love with nutrition and the power it had to change the body. Despite a number of physical challenges over the years and even in recent years as my body changes (simply because I am a woman) - the one thing that has served me the most in my lifestyle is nutrition.

I had lost weight before grad school and as my graduate studies were wrapping up I decided to go into the wellness industry. My heart was to help others achieve their goals thru a variety of wellness strategies just as I had. My clients collective lost over ONE TON, yes ONE TON the first year in business. I wouldn't believe it myself if I hadn't been there. This made an indelible imprint on me! And what we and our bodies can achieve when we apply knowledge and effort with the right information. I was hooked!

These truths to help people remain in my heart. I love to see people embrace as much life as possible thru their body, soul and spirit. I get a front row seat to other people's journey. Sometimes just to empower a person with information from their testing and sometimes in a more comprehensive way. Either way, I get to meet people and leave them better than I found them.

Over the years I have had the good fortune of having worked with several physicians focused on natural weight loss, anti-aging and nutrition, and for several years I served in the Fitness Industry. For nearly six years I owned my own company coaching clients and training other wellness consultants in Weight Loss, Nutrition, and Anti-Aging.

My continued fascination with the science and technology of genetics peaked my interest a few years ago. I now have the good fortune of partnering my passion of All things Wellness with the new genetic technology available. The result - Well Fusion Lifestyles!

As a Certified in DNA Based Nutrition & Fitness Program Designer &  a professional affiliate with Genetic Directions I am thrilled to see where these advancements take us all over the next several years!

In Health,
